Varietal Valle Central Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a simple Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile.

Fruity on the nose, and medium plus in body.

Dry on the palate with medium acidity.

Showing red and black fruits with chocolate notes, tobacco, vanilla, licorice and light wood.

Short finish with soft tannins and raspberries.

Doesn't show any typicity, and feels like a California Cabernet.

Very drinkable nonetheless.

12% alcohol by volume.

Drank in Prague hotel- tennis ball can. Tannins. Fine after about 5 minutes.
