Vin Santo Valdichiana Toscana Malvasia Trebbiano

My first vin santo. Difficult to judge since I don’t know what I am looking for. Nice dessert wine, pairs well with Creme brûlée. :-) syrupy sweetness.

Interesting but not a great wine with sweets, might be better with, say, apple pie.

Cooked. Flawed. Over oxidized. Undrinkable.

Had it with tiramisu (homemade). Not a good dessert wine.

Hazelnuts and butterscotch on the nose. Very tired going down... Shoulda threw this down sooner...

Went reasonably well with our berry dessert
