Well-made easy-going Franciacorta, classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Bianco.
Straw colored, golden glitters.
Very few strings of subtle yet stable bubble ribbons.
Nose shows yeasts first, than flowers (acacia, camomile, white rose) and grass, with grapefruit and pineapple developed further.
Dry and crispy in mouth. Medium body. White grapefruit, unripe apricot, yellow apple with some subtle hint very similar to salty cucumber.
Bitter finish with citrus peels and lovely minerality, quite long.
Paired caviar canapé.
