Bossman Syrah

Black currant and blackberry with a finish of juniper and a touch of rosemary. Super long finish.

2011. After waiting a year to open more of this, it was very worth it. Took the cake for me. Super concentrated with black fruit and cedar/leather and a nice flavor of black and red cherries came out after a while with a minutes long finish! Bravo.

Another BOSS vintage of boss man. 2012. This is so massively good, it deserves this moniker. Go for it. Now.

Tuff to beat

Roasted meats and lead pencil on the nose. Almost thought it was a SQN. Dark ink color. Fruit pops on the palate.

Geltin, at Café Primavera (E. Commercial Blvd., Fort Lauderdale), served us this fabulous 2013 Syrah/Viognier from Central Coast California (from Justin's cellar). Enjoyed dinner with Justin, Hermes and Astrid.

Not sine qua non.
