Reddish brown with a tan rim. Medium bodied. Cherry stems, minerals and slight coffee on the nose. Light tannin. Medium acid. Paired with a toddler, an infant, grilled cheese with tomato and capacollo ham, and fusilli noodles with butter. #mrmom needs a drink. When is bedtime??
