Nice and refreshing Manzanilla, suitable for a hot day like this, 41 deg C, light amber with golden hues, medium body, some slim legs hang on the glass
Nice smell of fermented apple, yeasty and saline notes
So refreshing on the palate, deep tasty, dry, mineral and nice saline notes
Very good in the aftertaste, yeasty bitter and mineral notes
