Bit if poop on the nose initially, tar, bit of violet floral, cherries. Palate is still tannic and burly, even after decanting, not as approachable, lots of structure.

Ripe fruit on the nose. Some sour and tart cherry on the finish. Some pepper. Despite one hour decant, this was still a bit overwhelming in its alcohol impact. Definitely complex, structured and softens with time in the decanter. But this was probably meant to stay in the cellar for another year. We robbed this baby from the cradle. Potential to be a 90+ wine.

Un ottimo vino, che con la sua bevibilitá sorprendente, ti accompagna in tutte le occasioni. Bevuto nei pasti o durante una piacevole conversazione dopo cena, l'unica costante rimane la difficoltà di fermarsi alla prima bottiglia!
