Brunello di Montalcino Sangiovese

Wonderful brunello that is drinking so well young right now. Decanted for 30 minutes. Dark fruit, and cigar box aromas. Black cherry, earth, leather, and tobacco flavors. Perfect pairing to lamb rib chops.
No rush to drink though, still can last much longer.

Juicy, definitely decant.

Bright fruits, lighter tannin but full of flavor, great with any dish
