Oct 1st, 2022I remember this project when Rolland started it around 2000 or so - this is impressive and still a baby with impossibly dark inky teeth staining stuff. Black fruit abounds with some savory hoisin notes, funky medicinal along with damp Earth, spice, & licorice. This is a huge wine, big extraction & sturdy yet caressing tannins. Big ABV.
