Absolutely lovely wine that Jessica got at Vendome that she remembered from Napa trip. Smokey, subtle earth, balanced, smooth. Little pepper.

Deep rich cab - it sounds stupid, but this is the kind of cab I want when I’ve been thinking of having a glass of cab when I get home. Well-balanced. Can be had on its own, but wouldn’t say no to an aged cheddar or Gouda.
