Salustri DOC 2010, 14%. Organic wine from a 50 years old vineyard. Excellent color. The wood is still very perceptible to the nose, but so are fresh red fruits. Rich in the mouth, slightly too alcoholic, but it is still very young. 89/100

Impressively structured and dense for Sangiovese. A real surprise. Fruit was slightly more abundant than would be found on a chianti but body was certainly edging to full with mod+ to high tannins.
