Hmmm, something slightly off here. The first thing to hit your nose/palate/face is pure bitter. IBUs are not listed, so I'm having a gosh darned time figuring out what the giggidy is wrong. More like a double IPA but without a deeper amber base, a tad bit in the over aggressive side.

Sep 29th, 2016Deep blonde colored and a little cloudy in the glass. Aromas of overripe persimmons and guavas. Nicely hoppy with a butter finish.
