Crisp and refreshing. Excellent with seafood. If you haven't had Chenin Blanc, this is more reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc than Chardonnay.

Paired it with roasted root vegetables glazed with honey and this beautifully simple Chenin Blanc just exploded. Wonderful honey suckle and bright crisp pear.
