Medium ruby in color; dried herbs and black cherries on the nose; mild plus acidity; low to medium tannins; tastes like sour cherries, dried herbs, and blueberries. This one was hard to describe, but I had fun practicing. I like this wine.

Took quite some time to fully develop after uncorked (which was actually a screwtop). But did finally develop some nice fruitiness and less acidity.
