Very pale salmon in color with a light nose of red fruits and citrus notes.
Light bodied with medium acidity.
Dry on the palate and simple.
Showing raspberries, strawberries, lemons, apples, light earth and herbs.
Short bitter finish with almonds.
Showing a soft and elegant mouthfeel, but too bitter and unbalance for my taste.
13% alcohol by volume.
83 points.
$15.

In spite of its Deceptively Fru Fru label, this is a very credible Provence Rose, with all the attributes of a Rose from that region. Crisp, dry with a hint of sweetness; the color of salmon and a taste of citrus. Drank in October 2023. Easy to drink and pairs well with a variety of food.

Dry, perhaps, but the mineral and herbal notes are far too pronounced for my liking.
