Still have more bottles of this, still a great wine to chill and either simply drink or pair with salads and chicken.

Think Sauvignon Blanc meets Riesling but is a Chardonnay. Love this Chard and glad I have several bottles on the rack.

Usually have this done in a day but this one was open for several days and definitely preserved its flavor and structure.

Peach, apricot, green apple, lemon, and several other fruits that I’m sure I’m missing. A modest zest on the mid/back palate. Really, really like this one!!

Still a favorite with citrus flavors that briefly fool you that an SB is in your glass but then realization heads and you just enjoy the Chard!

Tried and true that doesn’t disappoint. But more saline taste to complement the light citrus and lack of oak.
