Had smoked ham and sweet potato for Christmas dinner and this completely fit the bill. Excellent dark berry, slight cherry and licorice, with some mushrooms and earth flavors.

Think this was better on day two. Raspberry, little dirt and musty flavor coming through. Enjoyable with pizza or a tomato’s based soup.
