Was convinced this was 15 year old Joseph Swan Zin. Red apple skin, fruit leather, cherry cough drop, spice and medicinal herbs at first. With air a sweeter/candied core of fruit came out along with graham cracker crust and leather. Definitely need more aged Aussie wines in my life.
