2009 vintage. Baroness Nadine Chardonnay. Medium lemon hue. Whiff of vanilla pod, ripe lemon and yeasty. On the palate, medium plus body, medium acidity but tart (added acidity?), medium concentration - dilution on back of palate - and medium finish. Medium plus alcohol. Heavy handed wine - although trying not to be oaky its still clumsy and lacks finesse and complexity.
