California Cabernet Sauvignon

Another delicious Cabernet from Mr. Scott Peterson, this wine is easy drinking but still complex. it has a solid tannic structure with dusty mouthfeel. Dominant flavors are dark cherries, black currants, and a touch of coffee to the finish.

Amazing white wine. Very good with chicken and pasta.

Probably should've let it sit a little longer...still nice, not dry, goes down smooth with cherry notes it seems...with steak au poivre
