The wine was very closed in the first two days and only maybe had a hint of floral notes on the nose and the wine was largely flat on the palate. However, it really started to open up a week later in the fridge and strawberry fruit started to show with nice structure. Stunning wine that I can drink for days.

Things change. The texture is stunning and just so supple and the plushest of tannins. Switches from spicy and dried leather to generous red fruits- raspberry and cherry coulis. An absolute blast
