So I’ve never heard of Cataratto before and have no idea what this is supposed to be. Jesus take the wheel!
Looking at the bottle there is just an enormous mound of sediment sitting on the bottom. (Store pet-nats upright.)
Hazy, opaque yellow straw color. Looks very natural. Scents of tart lemon, grapefruit, and apple cider. It’s got a fuzzy effervescence with a creamy feel, more lemon flavors inside. Medium bodied and long finish. It’s definitely a weirdo.
