Nice mouth feel, but over-oaked to my palate as I get smoky/char notes that overpower any fruit. Very dark color looks more Californian Pinot noir style than French. I would enjoy more with less barrel char flavors as structure/body are nice.

For whatever reason it comes across as tart to me at the start. Mellows out and becomes quite light and enjoyable.

Got from QFC fro about $15. Colin thinks it is really fruity. But I taste sourness and citrusy. I don’t dislike it.
