Beautiful rubi colour deep bright red hints
Nose pretty intense note of black plum and sweet spices from the wood light maritime influence.
Black currant and cherries
Elegant but present tanins noble acidity to balance out the generosity of the juice making the wines digest and bring energy on the palate
Elegant texture supported by noble acidité and just firm tanins.
Pairing:
Duck plum and black olives, parsnip purée.
