Another Albillo winner from Spain with complexity and energy to scintillate. Perfumed and floral notes of honey blossom, orange peel, chamomile, honeydew, and caramelized apple, on a medium plus frame with subtle chalkiness from skin contact, ginger and sweet spice, saltiness and acid, and a memorable, lingering finish. Reminds me of a Zibbibo in flavor profile. Delightful pairing with shrimp massaman curry
