Innominabile Colline Novaresi Bianco Erbaluce

This wine seems to have started evolving since it first appeared in the US. More meal-friendly with less-pronounced acid and a rounder mouthfeel, whereas before I was enjoying it primarily as an aperitif.

Erbaluce that shall not be named....

Honeydew

Delicious crisp Italian white. Perfect with appetizers at Franny's in Brooklyn

Not too complex but still has some body, and acidic but with a good fruit balance

Lemon Peel with a bit of smoke. Easy to drink!

Yum.

Light, crisp and refreshing

If you like acid, this has it in spades. Needs more fruit to round it out.
