I may have said it before, but I'll say it again: Willamette pinot and good fried chicken is one of the great pairings of all time. This example has plenty of fruit to cut through all that delicious fat and salt. The pairing even brings out the dark floral tones with greater depth.

I would more agree on WS91 score than other ratings - really nice well-balanced everyday Pinot, goes well with or without food.

smells of animal, vinyl, blackberry and black cherry, little bit of chocolate.
flavors show cranberry, plum, black cherry, dark chocolate- lots of dark fruit balanced with tart cranberry and nice chocolate throughout.
