Light straw color with typical SB aromas adding a touch of floral mineral notes. On the palate flavors of melon and grapefruit with lemon citrus and honeysuckle notes, generous acidity, great mouthfeel with long finish ending with a salty spice mineral character. Nice wine!

A nice, clean and crisp Sauvignon blanc. There were flavors of lemon and apricot, and hints of dry and green grass all paired with a low minerality (which I always like). Easy drinking. Would love another bottle with lunch on a summer’s day.
