Color of deep purple with nice legs on the rim showing off its intensity. Nose of ripe dark fruit, sweet plum and raisin, tobacco, cedar barrel, leather, and powerful spiced alcohol. Fragrance of spiced alcohol seems to dominate a bit too much. Taste of very sweet note like dried apricot considering it's a cab, medium tannins, tinkling carbonates, spice, grassy, and a hint of tobacco leaf. Too sweet in a sense and a bit watery. Aftertaste of subtle acidity, hotness of black pepper, and a hint of bitterness. This overwhelming sweetness seems to throw away everything off balanced. Considering the price tag, I will not be too excited.

Light, little watery, needs more time.

Surprisingly light in color. Leather and tobacco on the nose. Restrained and elegant. Nice finish. Very good QPR

This wine gets better after it sits. I let it sit out for 24 hours and it got significantly better. Likely will age well
