Back in the day Rosenblum was right there with Ridge and Ravenswood (the three R's of zin) and this is actually better than most of the other R's Zins I've had from this era. Deeply spicy, balanced and complex with years to spare. Also, why did they get rid of these beautiful labels?

Zin at the top tier. Old vine Sonoma Zin (1901) dry farmed field blend with 5% Alicante Bouchet. Aged wonderfully, was at its peak after 19 yrs.
