Super savory! Soy mixed with dark earth, mushroom broth, and roasted game. Deliciously dark and brooding with a nice vibrancy. Perfect for a chilly icy night filled with studying and practice! Would go so well with food! **UPDATE** after letting a glass sit open for several hours, the earthy dark soy nuances drop and the tart cranberry sauce and ripe cherry fruit pushes through! Totally changed!
