Costieres De Nimes Grenache Blend
Freshie! Lovely color. Smells a bit simple. Like a cheapie from southern France. Flavors are nice though. Classic GSM style. Pie cherries, road tar, and mulberry juice ;-). This paired with roasted veggies like no other wine I’ve had. It’s got all the harmony of a choir and the melody of a club banger.

Dec 17th, 2021Maybe I’m missing something or the 2015 vintage isn’t as special as previous years.. it’s better than average, certainly, with a spicy, peppery opening note - but there was a thinness to the body that left me wondering what other people rated so highly about it.
