Could be that it is just too young, in need of decanting (this was popped and poured at a group event), or likely both, but this is too big for my palate.

Balanced blend. Oak prevalent on the nose and first sip, but dissipates quickly, as to not overpower the fruit. Very nice.

I know I poo poo'd this just a couple weeks ago, but this bottle was love at first sip. A great balance of oak and fruit, although I wouldn't mind slightly less oak. A long finish - 20 seconds and still going. Can't explain why this is such a different experience than just a few weeks ago.

Had this with a steak at Wolfgang's in NYC. It wasn't big enough to handle the steak but I still like it.
