2019. Floral aromas and rich mouthfeel paired great as we moved from Yakitori to sashimi dishes.

Rusty deep skin contact red apple lemon bite

Delicious.

So good. Tropical and tree fruits, ginger, almost a funky plastic/super glue gun esque thing going on. Oxidative. Finishes with a bit of spice and creaminess.

One week macerating on skins. Finished in Acacia barrels.
