Made from; 50% Grenache, 35% Mataro and 15% Shiraz. The nose reveals; tea, brewed light coffee, red light and medium fruits, chewing gum and slightly turned roses. The palate has; bright, rich, ripe; dark cherries, strawberries, raspberries, touch of blackberries, bubble gum, raisins, light minerals, dark earth, ripe, bright refreshing acidity and finishes with ripe fruits that make it very easy to drink young.

Nose suggested that it might be tired but far from it on palate. Vibrant core of fruit and a lip-smacking savory finish. Needs cheese. Firm cheese. Now

Medium-dark ruby; nose of dried cherries, rhubarb and cedar; silky, sweet-ripe palate of strawberry and cherry with a hint of orange rind; finish is long and the complexity expands nicely; this has aged well and drinks well above its original stingy RP score of 88 now. Bought for $25.

A lovely aged GSM. On opening it looked a little shrill but after 15 minutes in the glass it started to open up beautifully. Fully integrated tannins. Drink now.
