On the nose, wild fragrant white flowers, peach, cream, tropicals & apricots. On the palate, peach , grapefruit, citrus blossoms, yellow & white florals, stone fruits, oranges, melon, mouthfeel is full & round with soft acidity & rich finish.

The 2010 is in a killer place right now.
Well paired with a 35degree South Oz summer night.

Delicious for a 5 year old wine. Showing a classic Semillon nose, floral, slight honeycomb, spice and citrus. Medium to full body but still had great elegance . Medium acidity.

Continuing my journey around South Australia, this is a lovely Semillon from a small Barossa Valley winery. Taste develops as the wine sits and comes close to room temperature with peach and grapefruit coming through

This wine is sitting in it's awkward age. Having tried it 7 years old, the 3 year old is showing signs of being dangerously good yet just not fully developed yet. Showing feint notes of candied pineapple, straw and canned sweetcorn with the feintest of honeyed characteristics. The flavour intensity isn't quite there yet
