The nose here is apple skin, lime, and some light matchstick even a half hour after opening. On the palate, it's green apple, lime, and minerality again, but such body here... And the balance is on point.

Love this winery's stuff, and their Pinot Gris is no exception. A very pleasant bottle. All our guests were commenting about the nice after taste here. I don't know what that means, but it's very clean. Nice minerality without any kind of syrupy goo. Well done!
