This Chardonnay is perfection. Nose of honey and stone fruit. The same flavor notes coat the entire mouth and finishes oh so smoothly. Paired fabulously with my Bedford Cheese Shop selections: Nababbo Taleggio, Prosciutto di Parma and Molinari Sopressata accompanied by a perfectly ripe plum.
