Aug 27th, 2017What happens when you purchase a futures case and your taste in Chardonnay changes. Too much oak and at this point, way past whatever prime it had. Almost getting a "port" taste to it. Of course , 14.5%Alcohol in a white wine will do that.

Oct 15th, 2016I really like this wine and I don't always like white. It has enough oak to smooth it out beautifully without the butter and popcorn.

This Chardonnay is perfection. Nose of honey and stone fruit. The same flavor notes coat the entire mouth and finishes oh so smoothly. Paired fabulously with my Bedford Cheese Shop selections: Nababbo Taleggio, Prosciutto di Parma and Molinari Sopressata accompanied by a perfectly ripe plum.
