2019 vintage is leaner than the last vintage I remember trying (15), but still heartier oak. Paired really well with a saffron risotto w/ fresh skrimps.

This is quite good. Lean and mean on night one. Feels more like Oregon than California. Oak is not yet integrated, but classy. Really delicious on night three from the fridge. Acid, citrus, structure. Drink in 2026-7.
