So this is actually the “rosé” - although it’s really just a really light red wine, but claims rosé status. Strawberry watermelon nose, textured palate - must have been a couple days of skin contact - some tangerine-like acidity, mineral. This is a rosé with guts - I really wanna pair this with a wheat berry salad or something. Interesting.
