Honey, white flowers, a bit of wax, a little oxidized. The palate is well balanced with a strong acid background and a good width and matter, nice yellow fruit notes and honey, a bit of a round mid palate and a long finish with those honeyed notes for a long while. It might be a bit oxidized and over the hill but it's a very good tasting experience. Merry Christmas wine lovers!

Granny smith apple, honey, a bit of wax, limestone. The palate is very balanced, there are almost tannins in there! Strong acid backbone with lots of grip. Very long finish with green apple and honey. Very very long lasting. Impressive wine which would be even better paired with food.

Copper-gold in color; reticent, faint-floral nose even decanted; subdued, even-closed citrus-lemon palate. I'm told it's now 75% chenin, 15% chardonnay, and only 10% grenache, thus the Vin de Pays. (12% alc.) At La Cave des Climats.
