Dense Malolactic Chard. Lighter straw color in the glass and nose of graham cracker, sautéed butter, and some kind of melon. Entry is very buttery and full bodied on the front. There is a nice spice towards the middle. Melon dominated the middle and finish with good acidity and surprisingly some stuff tannin. Rounded and VERY structured wine. Well deserving of a 94, and wondering if a 95 is more appropriate. This is a big boy Chard. Nice, young Chard that can hold for 10-15 years.
