Lush wet nose showing Saturday morning blueberry syrup. Jumps out of the glass. Wonderful nose! Ripe black fruit hits the tongue, candied walnut, soft mouthfeel with balanced tannins and cracked pepper round out the taste. Acidity is slightly high that causes the mouth to water over the ripe black fruit and smoke for a sustained finish. Well done @Rob Sinskey well done! 177 cases produced.
