Easy drinking bottle. Got better the more it breathed.

I theory enjoyed this wine. It opened up fantastically and had a smooth velvety flavor. Paired with beef, rice and carrots. Plan to purchase again. Would taste better with steak or something more full in my opinion.

A little harsh, but will go great with a ribeye

Dark rich flavor of black cherries. A little high in tannins for my liking but improved as I let it breathe

Disappointing Cabernet. Thin and did not pair well with any food I tried. Definitely not my style.

Engaged if not enchanted with this spicy fruity cab. Mid level density, the best this about this is the finish that lasts and surprises. Fruit and spice.
Pretty good. Paso Robles solid.
