Good nose with some hints of wood. A bit on the strong side with a slight bitter finish

With food it's great. Changed after a few hrs and smoothed out its way young.

A bit too much green pepper on the nose, with a less than spicy finish.

Very good still has nice fruit after 6 years in the bottle. Nice dry finish. Has a lot of sediment. I would highly recommend decanting.

Winemaker Notes
Displaying a fantastic, dark ruby color, this Cabernet has a developing nose highlighted with cinnamon, blackberry pie, plum and vanilla cream. The mouthfeel is balanced, with firm yet accessible tannins; intense, dark fruit, and earthy tones. An immediately drinkable Cabernet with a long lingering finish.
