Clear and shiny color, nose dominated by Pinot Noir, slightly rustic notes of terroir. The palate is fresh with a nice mineral tension, the small red fruit is accompanied by a note of liquorice, roasted typical of Valais wines.🇨🇭Floral hint due to Gamay. The finish is lively and salivating on fine tannins. It’s delicate and light. Perfect for aperitifs, cheese-based meals, light cuisine.

Currant on the front, earthy and pepper finish. Very good match with some good fondue.
