What an excellent meal with a fun wine and a server who was a Somm in training. Darker than expected for Pinot- bold and richer than expected. Better initially that at the end of the night. Dave calls this "reverse decanting."

Nice smooth Pinot, w high acidity, citrus, dirt and light fruitiness. Minimal tannins, short finish. Not enough fruit to stand up to he acidity. Drink now
