2014 in 2/21. The LAST of my 14 Soberanes Chard from my Roar harvest. A bit of a tear jerker to take it down. Part of me wanting to hang on to those 14's like trophies but my experience w old Roar chard is not to wait tooooo long. Phenomenal balance. Hints of stone fruit with tree fruit dominance. Oak now drinks soo well integrated and the acidity is shining. I feel like I never talked about the acidity when it came to younger Roar Roar chards.....delicious! 14.7% 1 Sierra Mar and 1 Rosellas left for 14chards.
