Organic, flip top, clear bottle, French people from the 70’s in hats on label. Lots of weird stuff here. Dark color of blood. Smells like immature or unsweetened berries and vinegar and soil. Flavors are fine, but short, a hint harsh and fairly tart. It’s bringing the tannins. Reminds me of some of the ‘natural’ wines I’ve had. Lacks the smooth, rounded mouth feel and goes hard on the acid and earth. It’s alright. Just not dynamic.
